daligner software package provides local alignment discovery between long nucleotide sequencing reads, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install daligner
daligner is installed in your system.
Make ensure the daligner package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep daligner *
You will get with daligner package name, version, architecture and description in a table
